Welcome to the Rift Energy website, located at https://www.rift-energy.com (the “Site”), operated by Rift Energy Ltd. (“Rift Energy”).

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) BETWEEN YOU, THE END USER (ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF, OR YOUR COMPANY OR RGANISATION), AND RIFT ENERGY.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING TO USE THE SITE OR CREATING AN ACCOUNT. BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

References in this Agreement to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Rift Energy. We may, at our sole discretion, update or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Site and, where appropriate, notified to you. Your continued use of the Site after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

Rift Energy has been scientifically formulated to be safe for 13 years ol and above, you must have the permission of a parent to purchase from our website. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account with a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent before agreeing to this Agreement.

The Site is controlled and operated from the United Kingdom. We make no representation that the Site or its content is appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. Use of the Site outside the UK is at your own risk, and you are responsible for complying with applicable local laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, videos, and software, is the property of Rift Energy and
protected by UK, EU and international copyright and trademark laws. “Rift Energy,” our product names, logos, and designs are trademarks of Rift Energy Ltd. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting you any license or right to use any Rift Energy intellectual property without our prior written consent.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No part of
the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without our express written permission.

No Unsolicited Submissions

While we value our community’s passion, it is Rift Energy’s policy not to accept unsolicited ideas, product concepts, or creative suggestions. This ensures we avoid disputes if new products or campaigns developed by Rift Energy appear similar to material submitted by users. Any communication or material you transmit to the Site will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and Rift Energy reserves the right to use such material without obligation or restriction.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure the information on the Site is accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties or guarantees as to the correctness, completeness, or reliability of the content. Rift Energy accepts no liability for any errors or omissions.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Rift Energy Ltd.’s websites, applications, and online services (collectively,
the “Services”), as well as any purchases of Rift Energy products (“Products”).

By using our Services or purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. WHO WE ARE

The Services are operated by Rift Energy Ltd., a company registered in the United Kingdom (“Rift Energy”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 13 years old and have the permission of a legal guardian to access our Services.
• To create an account or make purchases, you must be 16 or older, or have consent from a parent/guardian.
• By using our Services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. PRODUCTS & PURCHASES

• All purchases are subject to availability.
• Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change prices or withdraw Products at any time.
• Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
• Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING PAYMENTS

If you subscribe to a recurring delivery service:

• You authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
• You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us FAO Support Team at hello@rift-energy.com
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid charges.

5. DELIVERY & RETURNS

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• If your order is damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
• Returns are accepted for unopened Products within 30 days of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

6. USER ACCOUNTS

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  details.
• You agree not to share your account or allow others to access it.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or breach of these Terms.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not use the Services:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• To distribute harmful code or interfere with our Services.
• To post offensive, defamatory, or misleading content.

8. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

• Rift Energy Products are designed as functional beverages and snacks with electrolytes, vitamins and no added sugar or caffeine content and are generally safe for teenagers.
• However, they are not medical products.
• Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have health conditions, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, product names, and formulations on the Services are the intellectual property of Rift Energy Ltd.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our IP without written consent.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Rift Energy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services or Products.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
